What we store when you send us an inquiry, why we store it, and the choices you have. Written in plain language.

01What we collect
When you send an inquiry we store: your name, company (if given), email, phone or WhatsApp number, the services you chose, your budget range, when you want to start, your project details, the page you came from, and your consent to this policy.
02Why we collect it
We use these details only to reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote and talk with you about your project. We never sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
03How we store it
Inquiries are saved in a secure database on our hosting provider. Only our team can see them, through a password-protected admin area. Passwords are hashed and the site uses HTTPS.
04Spam protection
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. It checks that a real person sent the form without asking you to solve puzzles.
05Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console to understand how people find and use the site. These tools do not receive your form details.
06How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to work with you, and for up to 24 months after our last contact. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
07Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Email us and we will reply within 7 days.
